The software and hardware of the confocal microscopy imaging analysis system adopt modular design, the hardware integrates SIM super-resolution module, and the software supports multiple post-processing functions, so as to provide accurate 2D/3D imaging and dynamic process imaging. At present, confocal and super-resolution optical paths share the light source collimation part, objective lens part, and focus imaging part.
